Heather Heyer’s Mom Thanks President Trump (Much to CNN’s Chagrin)

After the Charlottesville protests, liberals criticized Trump until they were blue in the face.  They claimed he was halfheartedly condemning white supremacists.  This was, of course, a roundabout way of saying the president himself was a racist.

The artificial narrative refuses to stick.  Initially, Trump only had a few details about the violence, so he chose to condemn violence on all sides.  As more details emerged, he did condemn white supremacists and domestic terrorism.

Even though the president called out white supremacist groups by name, it was considered too little too late by the left.

Of course, Jim Acosta continued to press the issue.  It’s clear that fake news will ask questions until they get the narrative that they want.  President Trump refuses to play their game.

Watch his hilarious response below:

Let’s take the focus off of mincing every word President Trump says.  Focus on the fact that three people passed away.  We must mourn together as a country and denounce hate.

Susan Bro, the mother of Charlottesville victim Heather Heyer, feels the same.  She responded in an elegant tweet during an undoubtedly difficult time in her life.
