Illegal alien deported seven times. What he did next will shock you!

Nemias Garcia-Velasco, a 32-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, has been deported 3 times. Now, he’s accused of drunk driving, hitting, and killing a legal Mexican father of 3-children in a car crash.

The Omaha World-Herald reports Garcia-Velasco was arrested and charged with vehicular homicide for killing Silvano Torres, a 58-year-old father of 3, in a car wreck where Garcia-Velasco was allegedly driving drunk.

Police reportGarcia-Velasco was driving his car drunk with Torres in a back, who was not wearing a seat belt on in Omaha, Nebraska. Garcia-Velasco allegedly drank 12 bottles of beer before he made the decision to drive. Torres was killed when the illegal alien lost control of the car, that was driving nearly 100 mph, and hit a guardrail. The car rolled over and then burst into flames.

Torres was pronounced dead at the scene while Garcia-Velasco and another passenger, a 16-years-old, were taken to a nearby hospital to be treated for severe burns.

Garcia-Velasco was not supposed to be in the U.S. to begin with. According to federal immigration officials, Garcia-Velasco had been deported a whopping 7 times, with his first deportations dating back to 2005, 2009 and 2011.

The Omaha World-Herald reports that Torres’ girlfriend, Rosa Flores, said she wants answers from the illegal alien saying:

“If he knew that he was drinking and he knew that he wasn’t able to drive, why did he? He didn’t stop to think about the consequences of what could happen. It’s not fair that he took the life of somebody else.”

Flores says her boyfriend Torres had been living in Omaha legally for almost 6-years. Torres leaves behind 2-daughters and a son, all of them living in Mexico.

Garcia-Velasco sits in jail on a $2 million bond.
