WA GOVERNOR INSLEE MAKES JACKASS OF HIMSELF AT WHITE HOUSE MEETING

on

Today, President Trump held his fourth listening session in the White House since the mass slaughter of 17 Florida students and teachers on February 14th.  Forty governors attended to add their ideas to the discussion.  There were many ideas floated around, but Washington State’s Governor, Jay Inslee (D) and a Far Left Liberal just couldn’t hold back his contempt for a populist president long enough to discuss this very serious issue.

Inslee (D) told President Donald Trump, the first modern president who wants input from others, that “we need a little less tweeting here and a little more listening” on the subject of arming teachers to deter school shootings.  He demanded that Trump’s proposal to arm teachers be taken off the table.  “I just suggest we need a little less tweeting here and a little more listening and let’s just take (arming teachers) off the table and move forward,” Inslee said.

Trump pushed back at first, telling Inslee that his proposal would only arm a percentage of teachers, but not all, to which Inslee responded that he’d heard from teachers who don’t want to carry firearms.

INSLEE RECITES ANTI-SECOND AMENDMENT TALKING POINTS

“Whatever percentage it is, speaking as a grandfather, speaking as a governor of the State of Washington, I have listened to the people who would be affected by that.  I have listened to the biology teachers and they don’t want to do that,” the Democratic governor said.  “I have listened to the first-grade teachers who don’t want to be pistol-packing first-grade teachers.  I have listened to law enforcement who have said they don’t want to have to train teachers as law enforcement agencies, which takes about six months.”

Trump did not react to the harsh words, but listened patiently before moving on to a question from Texas Governor Greg Abbott.

SEVERAL TIMES TRUMP HAS MENTIONED ARMING TEACHERS WITH MILITARY & LAW ENFORCEMENT EXPERIENCE

Trump has suggested arming some teachers & staff, who volunteer and demonstrate skills with firearms, as a precaution against school shootings, calling it a “great deterrent.”  Over the weekend, he suggested the proposal could be decided by states and school districts, not by the Federal government.  Trump is also pushing for an end to bump-fire stocks, which allow semi-automatic weapons to fire at a rapid rate, as well as comprehensive background checks to emphasize mental health.

Liberals and Democrats will not be happy until law-abiding Americans are disarmed and left at the mercy of thugs.  Inslee went on to say that only law enforcement should handle security in schools.  Perhaps he doesn’t know, or doesn’t care, that it was law enforcement who systematically, intentionally reduced safety at Florida’s Douglas High School over the last nine years.

About Diane L. Gruber

I am a proud American who is tired of biting my tongue for fear of making a Liberal mad; for fear of being called racist because I believe in the Rule of Law; for fear of damaging my license to practice law. NO MORE!!!! Conservative-minded citizens have stayed silent for decades while Liberals have caused significant damage to American culture and to our nation. I lived in a Third-World Dictatorship. Generation after generation had been trained to kow tow to the government. They were afraid to discuss ANYTHING about the government even in the privacy of their own homes. My "Time" magazine arrived with articles cut out, after the censors got through checking it for heresy. With Political Correctness and "hate speech" rules, we are already halfway to officially losing our precious Freedom of Speech. If we want anything of value to remain for future generations we need to act now, rally in the streets now, speak out now. Don't be cowed.

Jay Inslee is more interested in napping, trains, bicycles for rain-soaked commuters in the state of Washington, than students. He believes in lots of homeless camps, free heroin and more tent camps for homeless than anything to do with safety of children or elders in this state. I think he also like the idea of lots of pedophila, but that’s just my personal POV
