The Forgotten “#WalkAway” Creator

If you were alive during the 1980’s, then you would remember a great man by the name of Ronald Wilson Reagan. Reagan became one of the most famous political figures of the 20th century. Yet, he’s often forgotten.

Ronald Reagan was your All-American teen. He played sports, became class President, and was a big part of the local community, and eventually went off to Eureka college where he studied economics and sociology. Reagan became interested in Drama during his College years and started acting on stage. He went on to become the Student Body President of Eureka college. Reagan went on to find a job in Sports broadcasting in Davenport, Iowa where he worked for WOC as a sports broadcaster. After that Reagan went on to enlist in the Amry Reserves as a Private, but soon was promoted to the second lieutenant in the Officers Reserve Corps of the Calvary.  during this time, an agent discovered Reagan and offered him a seven-year contract to be on the big screen. Reagan went on to play a Notre Dame Football legend George Gipp in Nute Rockne, All American where he earned the name “The Gipper”. During his time in Hollywood, Reagan was politically active. He supported Harry Truman for President and campaigned for California Democrat Helen Gahagan Douglas during her bid for the U.S Senate. Reagan then became the spokesman for G.E and toured the country giving speeches on behalf of G.E. Reagan then went on to Run For President as a DEMOCRAT against Dwight Eisenhower’s Re-election. As Democrat, Reagan campaigned for Richard Nixon during his Presidental run.

In 1962 Officially Changed His Party Registration From Democrat to Republican.

I didn’t leave the Democratic party, the Democratic Party left me. – Ronald Reagan

Thus making Ronald Reagan the creator of the #WalkAway movement. Ronald Reagan has inspired millions of red-blooded Americans to leave the Democratic party to join the party that represents all Americans and doesn’t want to rob you blind. Well, there are some Progressive Republicans out there that will raise your taxes, and not care. Right, Mitt Romney?  Ronald Reagan has been forgotten for far too long, and it’s time we start honoring him as the creator of the #WalkAway movement. No Republican before Ronald Reagan has Democrats making their mass exit to the Republican party.

Now, President Donald J. Trump has done the same thing. With his Reagan-like philosophy, Donald Trump has brought America up from her knees and made her that shining city on the hill.

The recently #WalkAway campaign is an exciting one, but one that has been too focused on the “Creator” instead of the mission. It doesn’t matter if you’re LGBT, White, Black, Chinese, Hispanic, Male, or Female. The point is, leave the Democratic party is important, and one that millions have done thanks to Ronald Reagan. Not media whore Brandon Starka.

Brandon Starka is one of those media whore types that promotes himself more than what he should. Instead of sticking to the issues, he’s made it all about himself. Brandon wouldn’t have made it possible without the encouragement of a facebook friend that Starka has failed to mention in any of his interviews. The viral video wouldn’t have been possible without said friend. Credit should be given where credit is due. We can understand going from No one to the flavor of the month, but trying to shadow a great President isn’t how you do it. Starka is using his lifestyle choice as a crutch to push his campaign. We’ve seen this time, and time before. Most recently,  one hit wonder 15-year-old CJ Pearson changed his political affiliation from Democrat to Republican and stirred a media frenzy like Starka has done. The young Black conservatives used his race to capitalize on his endeavors. While we’re happy to welcome him with open arms just like we have Starka, we fail to see why someone has to use their Race, or Sexual Orientation to push their agenda?

Pearson went on to turn on his newfound group by endorsing Senator Bernie Sanders for U.S President Over Hillary Clinton, and Donald Trump.

C.J., the former chairman of Teens for Ted Cruz who recently renounced the conservative movement, said Wednesday that he is now endorsing Democratic candidate Sen. Bernard Sanders, CNN reported.

“This election will make a pivotal difference in the future of our nation. If it takes changing your mind to make the right choice as to who should lead our country, I am willing to do it. Screw the optics,” he said. “People are struggling in America. We need the right man in the White House. And in my opinion, that man is Senator Bernie Sanders.”

C.J. said he left the conservative movement due to its “lack of concern over racial discrimination in this country.”

The teen’s personal website features endorsements from Republican presidential candidate Sen. Rand Paul and former Rep. Allen West.

“They weren’t happy, but honestly, I didn’t expect them to be,” C.J. said of the change. “I have to be my own person. I have to stand on my own two feet.” Washington Times

Pearson did a complete 180 and supported a socialist for President. That’s not very Conservative of you Mr. Pearson. Ex-Liberals are easy to turn on the people they’ve embraced if they don’t get their way. The same will happen to Starka we predict when the Republican party or President does something to affect LGBT “Rights”. This will prove our point of Brandon Starka was only in it for the popularity and quick cash. We know how much they pay at Fox News for guests to come on for segments. Been there, done that.

Don’t get us wrong, Starka has the right idea, and he’s inspired many people, but he will never be the creator of the #WalkAway campaign. Only Ronald Reagan should be honored with that title.
